PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic luminescent element of white-colored luminescence by simple element constitution only installing a luminescent layer comprising an organic material of blue-colored luminescence and an organic material of orange-colored luminescence. SOLUTION: An anode 22 is formed on a glass substrate 21 in the form of a film, a hole transport layer 23, a blue-colored luminescent layer 24, an orange-colored luminescent layer 25, and an electron transport layer 26 are stacked on the anode 22, and a cathode 27 is formed on the electron transport layer 26 in the form of a film. By installing an organic material of blue-colored luminescence on the anode side and an organic material of orange-colored luminescence on the cathode side, since the blue-colored luminescence reaches the transparent substrate without passing the orange-colored luminescent material, the blue-colored luminescence is not absorbed in the orange-colored luminescent material, and a luminescent element effectively emitting white-colored light can be obtained.
