PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an explosionproof pressure electric rotating machine in which an IM terminal cover is not required, in which the shape of a frame is machined simply without much time and labor and which contrives protection of wiring. SOLUTION: A cable-head mounting part 56a having a shape to which a cable head 78 and a packing 77 can be attached directly is installed at a bracket 56 so as to protrude. A power-supply cable which is led into the inside of a motor so as to pass the cable head and the packing is tightened by the packing which is compressed by the cable head. Respective wires 80a, 80b of the power- supply cable are connected respectively to the lead wire 81 of a stator coil 63 and to the lead wire 82 of a brake coil 86. In addition, a wiring retaining plate 88 is attached to the bracket. Alternatively, a passage is formed in the bracket, the cable-head mounting part is formed at a brake cover, or the cable- head mounting part is formed at the bracket, and the housing space of the wiring is ensured inside the brake cover.
