<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a directional control valve which lowers manufacturing cost and technical cost of assembly, and a method for assembling the same. SOLUTION: This seat valve is provided with a valve element 6, which is energized to at least one of valve seats 8, 10. The valve element is disposed in a valve hole 4, and a pressure connecting part P communicated with a tank connecting part T or an operation connecting part A and adapted to separation from the valve seats 8, 10.
