PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner in which comfortable automatic operation control desired by a user can be realized even when the user is absent using a human body sensor. SOLUTION: An air conditioner comprises a human body sensor 31 outputting a signal depending on the motion of a human body, and a controller 43 for controlling the operation of the air conditioner based on the output from the human body sensor 31. The controller 43 has an entrust switch 49 switching the operation of the air conditioner between stop mode and energy saving mode when a decision is made that a person is absent based on the output from the human body sensor 31. |
