PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sign system that can improve the visibility of a road traffic sign and a road traffic mark or the like, can distribute a road state and a traffic situation which change every moment, and can report only required information to a driver. SOLUTION: A center device 10 collectively manages road traffic information such as road traffic sign, road traffic marks or a traffic restriction or road information such as climate or road surface states and distributes required information to a vehicle 40 by radio from a road side antenna 21 which is connected by a cable network 20. The on-vehicle PC 30 of the vehicle 40 receives distribution information from the center device 10 through an on-vehicle antenna 32 and reports it to a driver by selected proper media such as an image or voice.
