PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a product delivery system, etc., capable of accurately and also efficiently performing slip preparation, delivery management, etc., in accordance with product delivery application. SOLUTION: A management server 3 stores application data about product delivery received in the past. Past application data stored in the server 3 and a two-dimensional code showing its contents are described in an application slip, the application slip is distributed to each consumer and additional and change events are written. A receiving terminal 1 reads a two-dimensional code described in an application slip from the consumer, acquires application data shown by the two-dimensional code and receives an instruction input of a change place to the application data contents. The application data are changed according to the instruction and defined as new application data. A registering terminal 2 transmits the new application data received by the terminal 1 to the server 3 and registers it. |
