PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitive inclination sensor without the need for zero- point adjustments or adjustments of temperature compensation, etc. SOLUTION: A pair of semicircular differential electrodes 21a and 21b are vertically adjacently arranged, and a common electrode 22 is arranged at a predetermined interval so as to be opposing to the differential electrodes 21a and 21b. The pair of differential electrodes 21a and 21b and the common electrode 22 are housed in a sealed container, and a dielectric liquid is sealed in the sealed container. The upper-side differential electrode 21a and the common electrode 22 constitute an upperside variable capacitor, and the lowerside differential electrode 21b and the common electrode 22 constitute a lowerside variable capacitor.
