PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacturing and to manufacture a highly precise liquid crystal cell structure by assembling on a supporting body so far as to conduct an assembly process of the liquid crystal cell. SOLUTION: In a state a panel substrate 11 is stuck on a supporting body 30 via an adhesive sheet 20, an assembling process of a liquid crystal cell comprising sticking of a counter panel substrate 12 provided with a transparent electrode 15, hardening of a sealing material 13 or the like is conducted. Subsequently the panel substrate 11 is released from the supporting body 30. In this case, because an adhesive layer 22 is provided with very little adhesive force, the releasing is simply carried out with a manual operation and at the same time the releasing operation hardly affects the completed liquid crystal cell. Finally the adhesive sheet 20 is removed from the surface of the supporting body 30.
