PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate and disassemble the molding material of a molded motor and to reuse its component it a state which is not different from the state of its manufacture. SOLUTION: In this disassembling method, a first metal end-face cover 7 and a second metal end-face cover 7 are brought into contact with the end face of a stator core 3 and the end face of a stator winding 4, and an outer circumferential cover 5 is wound on the outer circumference of the stator core 3. After that, the peripheral edge 6a of the first end-face cover 6 and the peripheral edge 7a of the second end-face cover 7 as well as the end edge 5a of the outer circumferential cover 5 are made to protrude to the outside of a molding material 8 so as to be molded. As a result, when pressure or tension is applied to the peripheral edges 6a, 7a and to the end edge 5a, this molded motor can be disassembled easily. At this time, a stator part and the molding material 8 are held in a separated state because the covers 5 to 7 are interposed. The molding material 8 is not stuck to a component, and the state of the component is not different from the state of its manufacture.
