摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a process where not only a macro gap but also a micro gap is processed and to enable a ring core to be easily manufactured at a low cost, by a method wherein a first material layer is formed of magnetically permeable and electrically conductive material, and a second material layer is formed of non-magnetic and non-conductive material. SOLUTION: A ring core is formed of two material layers which are rolled up together as overlapping with each other. At this point, a first layer is formed of material which is magnetically and electrically conductive (permeability and electrical conductivity), and a second layer is formed of material which is non-magnetic and non-conductive. A laminating magnetic steel plate or a thin plate (dynamo thin plate) of soft magnetic material is used as the first laminate layer, and the second layer is formed of paper or film (thin layer material). The magnetization characteristics curve of the ring core can be controlled as prescribed by regulating the second layer of non-conductive material in thickness. The second material layer is formed of paper or film about 0.01 to about 0.05 mm in thickness, and the first material layer is about 0.2 to about 0.7 mm in thickness.
