PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating element provided with a heat sensor of a thermosensitive resistor with reduced dispersion of resistance in a used temperature and a fixing device and an image forming device used therewith. SOLUTION: In this image forming device, a heat sensor 6 consisted of a thermosensitive resistor formed of thick film printing and preferably laser- trimmed under the temperature rising condition of used temperature on the position where the heat of a resistant heating element disposed on a heat resistant insulating substrate 1 is received. When laser trimming is performed under the temperature rising condition, laser-trimming marks 10a and 10b are in an irregular non-linear shape. Therefore, when the laser-trimming marks 10a and 10b are in an irregular non-linear shape, it is recognized to be laser-trimmed under the temperature rising condition.
