A method for granting access to a user to a first web page file includes determining if the user has an authentication identifier and directing the user to a marketing page web file if the user does not possess an authentication identifier. A participation level of the user is determined if the user possesses an authentication identifier. Access to the first web page file is granted if the participation level of the user meets a predetermined access level. The user is directed to a second web page file if the participation level of the user does not meet the predetermined access level.
