PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating actuator which can be assembled and manufactured easily. SOLUTION: An elastic body 11 generates progressive oscillatory waves in a driving face 11a by the expansion of a piezoelectric body 10. A moving body 20 consists of an annular member 20a, a flange-like member 20b, and an adhesive layer 20c. A slidable member 21 is brought into pressure contact with the driving face 11a by a pressurizing means. The adhesive layer 20c evenly adheres the annular member 20a and the flange-like member 20b to each other, regardless of the flatness of these members 20a, 20b to reduce variable rotation and abnormal noise. A moving member 2 consists of the annular member 20a, the slidable member 21, and the flange-like member 20b, to which the annular member 20a and the slidable member 21 are joined. By press- molding these members, the moving member 2 can be easily processed and manufactured. |
