PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dispenser, equipped with a discharge control function capable of maintaining uniformly the discharge rate of a cream solder, even if printed boards have large warpage. SOLUTION: A cream solder dispenser 1 for use in surface-mounting of electronic components on printed boards comprises a nozzle 4 for discharging a cream solder, an adjustment mechanism for vertically moving the nozzle 4, a detection mechanism of a contact type for detecting changes in the height of the surface of a printed board, and control means for controlling the adjustment mechanism and the nozzle 4 according to the detection result obtained by the detection mechanism. As a result of this construction, the dispenser 1 can maintain uniformly the discharge rate of the cream solder. |
