PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current measuring device capable of monitoring and recording not only a load current but also a leakage current. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with an effective value calculation part 16 for obtaining an effective valueϕ2 by squaring and averaging momentary dataϕ1 of several waves of an alternating current, a mean value recording part 18 for obtaining and recording a mean current valueϕ3 from the effective valueϕ2 every recording interval Tr, and a peak value recording part 19 for obtaining the maximum valueϕ4 of the effective valuesϕ2 in every specific time period Tp and for recording it when it is higher than a detected level. As the effective values of the alternating current can be obtained in short intervals and the mean value and the peak value are obtained therefrom, the whole from a leakage current to a load current can be detected, recorded and analyzed simultaneously.
