<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the plant control unit which is applicable to process control different for every product kind with the small memory capacity of a controller. SOLUTION: A unit control part is provided on the side of the controller 3 and information needed for manufacture is divided in every process and transferred to corresponding unit control parts from the side of an operator's console 1 at the time of manufacture implementation. The kind code and lot name in the implementation and the step No. indicating the position on the manufacture procedure in the operator's console 1 are transmitted to the unit control parts and information on them is transmitted to the operator's console 1 when the process of a unit control part ends to confirm the manufacture implementation. In addition to the unit control part which performs the process, the information is transmitted as implementation schedule information to and stored in a unit control part to possibly be implemented from the logical implementation order of the manufacture procedure. Consequently, the process implementation procedure between the unit control parts is determined by the kind manufacture procedure in the operator's console 1, so it need not be held in the controller.</p> |
