<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously start-up when a function recovers without allowing much current to flow when the function of an application to be connected to a reference voltage circuit is stopped by setting voltage being applied across both the ends of each PN junction of first and second PN junction groups within built-in potential. SOLUTION: A diode group 5 is composed by diodes whose number allows voltage applied across both the terminals of each diode to be within built-in potential. Among them, the base of an NPN transistor 6 where a connector is connected to a power supply 1 is connected to the anode of an arbitrary diode, and the base of a PNP transistor 7 where a collector is connected to GND 2 is connected to a cathode. Then, the emitters of the NPN transistor 6 and the PNP transistor 7 are connected, and the connection point is set to a reference voltage output terminal 4, thus stabilizing a generated reference voltage and reducing power consumption.</p> |
