PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balance test machine which can test a plurality of types of sample rotator having different shape and dimensions. SOLUTION: One bearing part 4 out of a pair bearing parts 4, 5 disposed on measuring frames 2a, 2b to support a sample rotator W horizontally and rotatably in the vicinity of opposite ends thereof is moved by a drive mechanism 6 to approach the other bearing part 5 or to recede therefrom. The bearing part 4 is positioned selectively at any one of a plurality of points preset depending on the shape and dimensions of the sample rotator.
