PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such a trouble that the circulating water on the side of circulative heating becomes too hot or that the combustion on the side of circulative heating becomes excessive and that it interferes with the durability of a heat exchanger or a member around it, in such a case that a burner for circulative heating not having so large capacity is combined with a burner for hot supply of large capacity, in condition that it receives the random supply of fuel. SOLUTION: This hot water supplier is so arranged as to be capable of performing the hot water supply operation and bathtub water circulative heating operation each singly or at the same time and to perform the adjustment of the gas secondary pressure by a gas proportional valve 32 in case of simultaneous operation, by dividing a fuel gas supply path 30 downstream of the common gas proportional valve 32 for secondary pressure adjustment and providing it with a burner 11 for hot water supply and a burner 21 for bathtub water circulative heating. In this case, the supplier is equipped with a controller 90 which increases or decreases the quantity of circulating bathtub water in simultaneous operation, according to the increase and decrease of the gas secondary pressure.
