PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically extend a service to a communication terminal such as a PHS terminal. SOLUTION: An ISMA in a connecting device for a PHS is provided with a subscriber's data storing part 33 for storing subscriber's data including service use data related to the user of a service, and a service confirming part 31 for confirming the presence or absence of the use of a service to the PHS terminal by obtaining the service use data in the subscriber's data of the PHS terminal at the time of connecting with a PHS terminal which is present in an area capable of communication, and a service processing part 32 for operating incoming processing to the PHS terminal when it is confirmed that the use of a service is present by the service confirming part 31, and for call processing to the terminal being the origin of the offer of the service to the PHS terminal.
