PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the electronic component mounting method for improving mounting efficiency. SOLUTION: In this mounting method, an electronic component is picked up with a shifting head, having a plurality of attracting nozzles from a plurality of component-feeders provided in parallel and are then mounted on a substrate. In this case, when a plurality of component-feeders accommodating the parts of the same type are provided, the electronic components are picked up in parallel from a plurality of component-feeders and the number of electronic components picked up from each component-feeder is set to the number of electronic components obtained by distributing the scheduled total mounting numbers in the mounting stage of the same type, almost proportional to the sum of the number of electronic components picked up from adjacent two units of component-feeder of each component-feeder. Thereby, reduction in mounting efficiency due to the parts shortage can be minimized. |
