<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly improve surveillance test efficiency by unitarily controlling all test result regarding a surveillance test. SOLUTION: The surveillance test device 20 is equipped with a test selection advance instructing means 6 and a test advance control part 10A which select the test procedure corresponding to a device to be tested out of test procedures stored in a test procedure database 7, a data measurement part 11 which conducts the surveillance test of the object device by deciding whether or not at least some of pieces of data measured by following the selected test procedure have sound values, the test advance control part 10A which generates data representing a history of surveillance test results at the date and time of the test by adding a uniquely discriminating record item number in the surveillance device 20, and a test result storage part 22 which stores the generated test result having data in different addresses of a test result history database 21 by recording item numbers and test dates and times.</p> |
