PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the delay quantity of delay equipment or delay interpolating equipment by a delay control voltage with respect to a voltage control oscillator. SOLUTION: The oscillator 2 is provided with a delay control terminal for setting the delay quantity of delay equipment 21 or delay interpolating equipment 22. A clock signal CLK outputted from the output terminal OUT1 of equipment 22 is inverted in phase by an inverting gate 23 and inputted to the first input terminal FST1 of equipment 22 and the equipment 21. The signal inputted to equipment 21 is delayed by prescribed delay quantity d1 and inputted to the second input terminal SLW1 of the equipment 22. An oscillating frequency control voltage VCTL is supplied to the control terminal CTL1 of equipment 22 through the oscillating frequency control terminal 24 of the oscillator 2. Besides, the delay control voltage Vf0 for adjusting the propagation delay quantity in equipment 21 and 22 is supplied to the delay control terminal 26.
