PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible easy and reliable operation and mounting and to provide excellent sealing performance against external effects by enabling an input contact part to joint to a corresponding contact land part of an electric function element mounted on a window by the contact land part other than a contact device and to a corresponding bonding layer showing a recessed part in a contact land part area. SOLUTION: In this contact device, a conductive track disposed on a window 114 further includes a contact land part 117 facing to a contact land part 112 of a contact device. The contact land parts 117 are mounted on the surface of the window 114 and the contact land parts 112 of their input connecting parts are mounted on the window 114 so as to accurately place on the respective contact land parts 117 facing to an electric function element 115. A bonding layer 110 of the input connecting part is mounted on the surface of the window 114 then highly reliable sealability against external humidity, soil and mechanical effects, etc., is given to the contact zone.
