PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly replenish buffer liquid without losing another member by providing a storing portion separately from a buffer liquid reserving tank and storing the another member for replenishing the buffer liquid. SOLUTION: A buffer liquid replenishing hole 262 has four recessed parts formed in 90 deg. interval at a circular inlet, the tip 264a of a buffer liquid replenishing nozzle 264 defines two projecting parts in 180 deg. interval at a circular outlet with diameter smaller than that of the circular inlet of the buffer liquid replenishing hole 262. During replenishing of the buffer liquid, a connecting portion 264b of the buffer liquid replenishing nozzle 264 is mounted to a nozzle mounting hole of a buffer liquid bottle containing the buffer liquid for replenishing, and the tip 264a is inserted into the buffer liquid replenishing hole 262. Only when the recessed part coincides with the projecting part, the tip 264a of the buffer liquid replenishing nozzle 264 can be inserted into the buffer liquid replenishing hole 262. Separately from a buffer liquid reserving tank deposited in the lower part of a measuring unit, the buffer liquid replenishing nozzle 264 is stored in a storing portion provided on the rear side of a cover 116 of the measuring unit. Therefore, the nozzle 264 is prevented from losing.
