PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a residue of previously used urine in excreta transporting passage and eliminate influence to the next measurement by supplying wash water to the transporting passage with branching from a water feed passage for supplying wash water to a private-part washing device of a stool. SOLUTION: A water feed portion 15 supplies tap water in a wash water tank, with suction force of a pump 16, to a rotary valve syringe(RVS) 18 of a measuring unit 11 or a nozzle 30 for cleaning a urine sampling arm 32 of a urine sampling unit 12. The RVS 18 feeds sampled urine from the urine sampling arm 32 to a urine sensor 28 through a transporting tube 150 via buffer liquid from a buffer liquid tank 26. After the urine sensor 28 measures component of the urine, the RVS 18 discharges excess buffer liquid in response to turning on of the pump 16, communicates a port with a water port to suck water, and communicates it with a urine sampling port to discharge water. By repeating this suction and discharge and performing a reciprocating motion of a small amount of water in a flow passage to the urine sampling arm 32, the flow passage is washed. Similarly, inside of the transporting tube 150 is washed.
