PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent overturinig of a casing by setting an effective area where a bottom surface of the casing having a built-in measuring means faces to a floor to be larger than area of the upper surface of the casing. SOLUTION: A measuring unit 11 is prevented from overturinig, by providing a screw mounting portion 112 on its rear surface and hinging the rear surface with a wall 119 by penetrating a screw through it. However, installation on floor in a place where drilling of a screw hole in the wall 119 is not preferred, for example, a toilet room of a rental residence must be considered, and therefore, for example, the measuring unit 11 body is constituted expanding from upside to downside to stabilize the installation. For further stabilizing it, an expandable auxiliary leg adjuster 111 having an adjuster 111a capable of adjusting height. In addition, a calibration liquid tank 24 or buffer liquid tank 26 that increases in weight when liquid is charged is disposed in a lower part of the measuring unit 11 body to increase stability feeling.
