PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make cooling air generated by a blower flow along a heat sink, even if it is used in a use environment of high pressure loss. SOLUTION: A ring-like shroud 1a is provided to a blower case which covers a blower 2, and an end of a surface facing the blower 2 of the shroud 1a is formed to gradually and radially increase or decrease its cross-sectional contour. According to the cross-sectional contour of the shroud 1a, axial flow generated by the blower 2 shifts to a diagonal flow along the surface of a heat sink smoothly, and good cooling air flow can be obtained. |
