PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make finable facilities through the computing platform of an automobile by providing a means which defines a path where the automobile is to travel, a means which discriminates a location by using the path as a filter in response to the reception of a request for the location. SOLUTION: A head end 102 is connected to a server computer 104, which is used to gather data from a computing platform for various automobiles which may be present in a computing system. Specially, the server computer 104 is able to communicate with various mobile units 106 to 114 as automobiles. Then a path where an automobile is to travel is defined and in response to the reception of a request for a location, the location is discriminated by using the path as a filter.
