PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high ion conductivity in a wide temperature range from a low temperature territory up to a high temperature territory by constituting highpolymer gel electrolyte out of mixture of supporting electrolyte salt, nonaqueous electrolytic solution containing over specific % of nonaqueous solvent of viscosity under a specific value, methacrylonitrile polymer, and acrylonitrile polymer. SOLUTION: For supporting electrolyte salt contained in highpolymer gel electrolyte, LiPFb6, LiBF4, or the like is used, for nonaqueous electrolytic solution having high ion conductivity at low temperature, mixture of EC, PC, or the like of high specific dielectric constant and nonaqueous solution of viscosity of under 1.0 cP at ordinary temperature is used. For macromolecule for forming gel, acrylonitrile polymer using together with methacrylonitrile polymer is used, and dissolved in nonaqueous electrolytic solution containing low viscosity solvent to form gel. In this case, as the methacrylonitrile polymer, content of methacrylonitrile is set over 30 mol%, and dissolved in nonaqueous electrolytic solution containing over 5 wt.% of low viscous solvent of viscosity of under 1.0 cP. |
