<p>An image forming device for imparting toner (2) supplied from a toner carrier (1) to an image receiving means (7) via toner passing holes (4) by applying an image signal voltage matching an image signal to a control electrode (10), wherein a toner flying direction of toner (2) passing through toner passing holes (4) is changed in multiple stages in a direction parallel to rows (5a, 5b) of toner passing holes (4) and in the same direction with respect to the toner passing holes (4) by applying a deflecting voltage, varying in multiple stages in synchronism with an image signal voltage, to deflecting electrodes (11a, 11b) to thereby control the positions of pixels to be formed in the image receiving means (7) and selectively record images with different pixel pitches.</p> |
