<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more precisely inspect a defect on an electric wiring route in a solar cell module by a method wherein, in a state that a load is applied to the solar cell module, the electric wiring route in the solar cell module is inspected. SOLUTION: A constant-current voltage source 102 which comprises a sufficient capacity regarding this solar cell module 101 to be inspected is prepared. An ammeter 103 and a voltmeter 104 are connected. A prescribed current or voltage is measured. The solar cell module 101 is inspected. At this time, a load is applied in such a way that the solar cell module 101 is deformed or bent properly. For example, when a connection defect exists, a resistance value in the defect part is changed. When a current value or a resistance value is measured, the existence of the defect can be discriminated. In addition, since the solar cell module 101 itself generates a voltage due to irradiation with light, the defect can be discriminated when a voltage due to the irradiation with the light is measured. Thereby, a defect on an electric wiring route in the solar cell module 101 can be discriminated more precisely.</p> |
