<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a mail transferring function without changing the software of a mail server by forming an electronic mail distribution system with the mail server to be connected with a network system, an equipment having the mail transferring function and a radio data communication system for sending information from this equipment to a portable terminal. SOLUTION: A mail is transmitted from the mail server 13 of a call originating source through a network and stored in the mail server 11. The presence/ absence of a mail is confirmed to the server 11 of the equipment 12 and when there is the mail, it is transferred under previously set setting and filter condition. Namely, the contents of the mail is sent too a radio communication system 14 from the equipment 12 through the network, the system 14 transmits these contents to the portable terminal by radio, a user becomes capable of reading the mail displayed on the terminal 15.</p> |
