PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multiple transmission control system where disabled control of a load device is minimized when a multiple transmission line is broken and control and supervision of an important load device can continuously be executed and to obtain a supervisory control system for building installation devices using the system. SOLUTION: A central supervisory controller 1 is provided with a signal processing section 11 that stores a control program including multiple transmission control and supervision of an operating state for a terminal 3, a multiple transmission section 6 that sequentially accesses the terminal 3 connected to the multiple transmission line L to receive a reply signal on the basis of a control command from the section 11, and a multiple transmission changeover connection section 9 that selects connection between a multiple transmission terminal Lo corresponding to the multiple transmission line L and one terminal La or connection between the terminal Lo and other terminal Lb of the multiple transmission line L, and when the signal processing section 111 discriminates a broken line of any of the multiple transmission lines L, the prepared changeover condition is referred to and the multiple transmission changeover connection section 9 is controlled.
