PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter speed corresponding method capable of simplifying the adjustment and inspection process of a camera by storing an exposure value as a shutter speed error in a memory means, and correcting the shutter speed obtained at photographing operation based on the exposure value as a shutter speed error. SOLUTION: The shutter speed error is measured as an exposure value by an automatic exposure measuring instrument (Fig.2), and the exposure value as the shutter speed error is stored in a memory means 30, and a shutter speed obtained at photographing operation is corrected based on the exposure value as the shutter speed error. When a shutter speed error is measured as underexposure, the exposure value is handled as a positive value, and when the shutter speed error is measured as overexposure, the exposure value is handled as a negative value.
