PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a cleaning fan by performing a cleaning of the inside of an incineration furnace while a suction is performed by the cleaning fan, collecting generated duct by a dust collector for cleaning, also, performing a cleaning of the inside of an exhaust gas dust collector while a suction is performed by the cleaning fan, and collecting generated dust by the dust collector for cleaning. SOLUTION: A stream of air from an incineration furnace 1 to a dust collector 9 for cleaning is generated by driving a cleaning fan 8. The cleaning of the incineration furnace 1 is performed, and dust generated at this time is collected and removed by the dust collector 9 for cleaning, and clean air which is separated from the dust is discharged into the atmosphere. When the inside of an exhaust gas dust collector 2 is cleaned, the cleaning fan 8 is stopped for a time, dampers 21, 26, 28 and 27 for shielding are operated, and the operation of the cleaning fan 8 is resumed, and a stream of air from the exhaust gas dust collector 2 to the dust collector 9 for cleaning is generated. Under this state, the cleaning of the inside of the exhaust gas dust collector 2 is performed, and dust generated at this time is collected and removed by the dust-collector 9 for cleaning, and clean air which is separated from the dust is discharged into the atmosphere.
