PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain at least one of the vibration and noise of a tire by quantitatively obtaining input to the tire due to the unevenness of a road surface. SOLUTION: A road surface is regarded as the aggregate of a number of protrusions being planarly arranged at a plurality of intervals, and a tire gets over each protrusion when a vehicle travels on the road surface, thus receiving force from each protrusion, and quantitatively obtaining vibration input due to the projection to each contact point of the tire based on the length in a direction being vertical to the road surface where the tire covers the protrusion. Then, according to the vibration input, and transfer characteristics 222 to a tire shaft for the vibration input to each contact point of the tire, the vibration of the tire is obtained 241.
