PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a residence intercom to easily attain bi-directional hands free simultaneous speech for a lobby intercom and the intercom slave set of each residence, and to store a voice. SOLUTION: A residence intercom 1 is provided with a simultaneous speech means for realizing simultaneous speech by suppressing reception signal components included in a transmission signal sound-inputted from a microphone MI1 due to creeping of a reception signal sound-outputted from a speaker SP1, and a DSP 17 having a voice compressing part and a voice extending part for digital signal processing a reception signal and a transmission signal, and a voice storing part 1A for storing a voice signal. In this case, a voice signal stored in the voice storing part 1A is extended by the voice extending part of the DSP 17, and outputted as a transmission signal to speech lines La and Lb, and a reception signal from the speech lines La and Lb is stored through the voice compressing part of the DSP 17 in the voice storing part 1A.
