摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in gradation which can be outputted by canceling an output difference of fixed patterns produced in an image sensor so as to uniformize an output lower limit of even number and odd number pixels. SOLUTION: An even odd number pixel correction circuit 11 has a variable resistor 12 connected between an input terminal 14 and GND and a capacitor 13 connected to a selection terminal to output a signal synchronous with a CLK1 or 2 (abbreviated as a CLK) to an integration circuit 4. A CLK that causes a current I flowing to the capacitor 13 and inverse in its phase to a current I1 flowing to a resistor 8b of the integration circuit 4 is connected to the input terminal 14. That is, in the case that a signal from a photoelectric conversion element 6b is zero and in the case of input charge QCa < input charge QCb, the CLK2 is connected to the input terminal 14 and in the case of input charge QCa > input charge QCb, the CLK1 is connected to the input terminal 14 where QCa is the input charge from the CLK1 and parasitic capacitance Ca, QCb is the input charge from the CLK2 and parasitic capacitance Cb.
