A cooling device of electronic device, comprising a liquid cooling mechanism (B) formed by providing liquid flow paths (4) in a heat absorber (1) in contact with an electronic device (A) and providing metal pipes (20 and 21) for connecting a pump (3) which feeds cooling liquid by the rotation of an impeller (16) to the liquid flow paths (4) and a forced-air cooling mechanism (C) formed by providing radiating fins (37) on the outer surfaces of the metal pipes (20 and 21), and providing a fan to exhaust air inside the metal pipes (20 and 21) with radiating fins (37) thereon and a cabinet to the outside thereof, the fan (25) and impeller (16) being provided with magnets (29 and 39), respectively, so as to simplify and downsize the structure of a drivingly rotating mechanism.
