The device has a holder on the back rest, with a holder element for the bicycle. The holder (13) has holder parts (14) for connection to the bars, which connect the head restraints to the back rest (1), or for connection to the sleeves (15), which hold the bars. It also has elements to support it on the back of the backrest. The holder parts comprise of a locking bar (16), which locks into the sleeves, and a bracket with a bore corresponding in size to the head restraint bars. Two holder parts are positioned on each holder, at adjustable relative distance. The support elements comprise of a lock part corresponding to the lock unit for the back rest.
