The engine has a rotor (21) with impeller (5), pref. vane cell turbine, and a transmission (6,8). A fluid flows from the center of the engine to the impeller, which rotates about that center. The impeller drives the rotor via the transmission against the fluid flow. Due to this, and in addition to the flow energy, the resultant of the gravity forces of Coriolis force, mass inertia, and centrifugal force act in movement direction of the rotor. The transmission consists pref. of toothed gear (8) and rim (9), chain wheel and chain, or elastomer rollers.
