PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct an output voltage to a constant value by supplying a current corresponding to variation in load if the load varies exceeding the output capacity of a voltage supply circuit. SOLUTION: When the load current of a load circuit 4a increases and the voltage at an output terminal 3 drops, this voltage drop is transmitted to the gate of a PMOS 11a through a capacitor 13a. Consequently, the PMOS 11a turns on and an increment of the load current flows from a power source voltage VDD to the output terminal 3 to suppress the voltage variation at the output terminal 3.
