The device has a tandem housing on the wheel axle (9) of each driven wheel (7) with a turnable conical gear wheel (14) in each housing. A shaft (11) extends between the conical gear wheel of each tandem housing and the conical gear wheel (10) of a drive shaft (5). The shaft has gears (12,13) on its ends meshing with the gear wheels of housing and drive shaft. The wheel is driven by conical gear wheel in the housing.
