Sector (32) of the fixer (4) releasably joins this to one side (19) of the first exchanger and the receiver head (31) of the fixer has a concave opening to take one corner of the second exchanger, the opening lined with deformable material (35). One part of the fixer acts as crosspiece using the fixer plate (4) for rigid connection to the first exchanger as well as prefered hooked straps (42,43) to snap the crosspiece to the plate. The plate has a guide pin to engage a hole (15) in the side of the first exchanger. The strap hooks snap round the straps as fitted at right angles to the sidewall on the plate.
