The piezo-resonator comprises a piezoelectric layer (16) having, on its front and back face, two pairs of upper and lower electrodes (151, 152, 171, 172) of interdigital structure, the fingers of which have a size, in at least one dimension, smaller than the produced HF mechanical vibration wavelength.
