The construction has a module (1) that can be installed in the earth outside a building or near a building. The module contains complete components of a heat pump unit (4), a heat circuit distributor (5), an electric distributor (11) and a buffer warm water store (6). A warm water circuit (2), a heat circuit (3), and brine pipelines (7,8) are arranged so that they can be simply connected with pipelines outside the module.
