PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a toner container which easily discharges toner in the container and being cleaned by a relatively simply method and is easy to recycle the toner, by providing, separately from a filling port, an air supply port for the supplying of cleaning air into the toner container and an air exhaust port as an outlet for the air supplied from the air supply port. SOLUTION: In the toner container 1 for storing toner, an air supply port 3 for the supply of cleaning air into the toner container 1 and an air exhaust port 4 as an outlet for the air supplied from the air supply port 3 are provided separately from a filling port 2. The air supply port 3 and air exhaust port 4 are provided on the same face of the toner container 1. Further, in the case where a filling port 2 is provided in the middle of one face of the toner container 1 for the efficient circulation of a supplied air current and an exhaust air current through the inside of the container, the air supply port 3 and air exhaust port 4 are arranged in symmetrical positions with respect to the filling port 2. This enables easy discharge of old toner remaining in the toner container 1 and efficient cleaning. |
