A arm support adapted to support a human arm in a upwardly extended position comprises a first member 2 which on the top side thereof has a ball joint 4 attachment means, providing a connection for a rest 6. A hollow bar second member 8, provides a means for the first member 2 to move relative and extend within the second member, one side thereof providing a securement means through use of threaded screw 10 within an inner wall of said second member . A third member 14, which is attached to a waist belt or similar, is arranged to provide a means of housing for the base edge of said second member, said base edge being located within a recess portion of said third member or via a socket configuration.. |
