SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR BLOCKING ATTACKS OF HACKING ROBOT PROGRAM

PURPOSE: A method for blocking attacks of hacking robot programs is provided to prevent losing all web server data of clients by malicious hacking robots, by limiting the number of service requesting packets measured as a time unit and receiving web services with a client information table. CONSTITUTION: A method for blocking attacks of hacking robot programs comprises the steps of: setting a time unit and Threshold Limit Values(TLV) in a policy table to estimate the number of client service requesting packets; recording a received time in a client information table by using an internal watch of an operating system, when client service requesting packets are received; having Internet Protocol(IP) information on clients by using IP address information of place of dispatch in received service requesting packets; comparing the TLV with the current number of service packets received from specific clients according to the time unit of the policy table; and ignoring received service requesting packets, when the number of service requesting packets are more than the TLV.
